Black Annis 40th Birthday Party – Saturday 2nd July

To celebrate 40 years of dancing Black Annis will be hosting a day of dance in the City of Leicester. In addition to Black Annis you will be able to see 7 Morris Sides, including Black Annis, from around the Country dancing in Town Hall Square, Green Dragon Square and Jubilee Square and in the large pedestrianized square area at the bottom of New Walk.

We will also be hosting a folk music session from 12:20 to 1:30 in The Globe on Silver Street.

10:30 – 11:30 Opening Dancing in Town Hall Square – all 7 sides will be participating

11:40 – 12:20 Dancing in Green Dragon Square, Jubilee Square and New Walk

12:20 – 13:30 Folk Music Session upstairs at the The Globe

13:30 – 15:00 Dancing in Green Dragon Square, Jubilee Square and New Walk

15:10 – 16:10 Closing Dancing in Jubilee Square – all 7 sides will be participating
